The K-I, K-II and L Zones in Dwarka as per the Master Plan of Delhi-2021 (MPD) are expected to be the decisive destinations for the Delhi it is in the coming years. This vast area of South West Delhi overlaps the IGI airport and skirts the boundary of the Millennium City of Gurgaon on the eastern side.

Above all, the 18 kilometres long Dwarka Expressway, better known as the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) linking to NH-8 and onwards to Pataudi Road in Gurgaon is nearing completion. This broad thoroughfare will boast of multi-modal modes of transport ranging from MRTS (mass rapid transport system) and LRTS (light rail transport system) to BRTS (bus rapid transport system).

 The network of Delhi Metro is also within easy reach of the NPR. Leading real estate developers have already undertaken well planned townships and colonies of luxurious apartments and villas like the Colors Krisha Heights near the Gurgaon end along this road.

Consequent to these trends, for rich dividends from real estate property in Dwarka L Zone has turned out to be the ideal goldmine. As for the relevance of NPR in Dwarka, it meets the needs of Sectors 83, 84 and 99 to 113.
