As per the mentioned case, Chicken master is a very small chicken and chips restaurant in Gants hill, Ilford and it is owned by Bob Jones. Faisal was hired to manage the restaurant. He was not doing proper cleaning of the front of the store and kitchen. Redundancy- It means a situation when a person does not require a job anymore.

                Violation of company’s policy- It is a situation when an employee does not follow the rules and regulations of an organization.
                Criminal records- An employee can be terminated for any criminal records in the past.(Marie Ryan and Derous, 2016)
                Break confidentiality- It is the responsibility of an employee to safeguard the confidential data of an organization. He can be dismissed from the job if he is unable to do the same.

The reason for the termination of Faisal was dismissal because he was acting against the policies of the organization.
